  19. Clinton servers.  It is definitely a step in the right direction
  20. and I think he has the right idea on how we can utilize our
  21. skills to good advantage to help promote and nurture it.

  26. are going to have the option of accepting email over
  27. an internet gateway to the House system as of January.

  29. The new House system (ISIS) will be released then.  It
  30. is in test now.

  32. I would recommend that we all go out and volunteer to help
  33. our local congressional district office with their
  34. computers.  At some point we will also each need to take
  35. some responsibility for getting a good lobbying effort
  36. going within our districts, so that our congress-people
  37. will know that the Internet connection is desired by the
  38. constituents.
