  25. I think that it is a general prank at a college campus to pull the fire
  26. alarm every once in a while.  I mean, it is so easy to just pull the
  27. alarm and then run into your room and no one would know the wiser.
  28. Most people have the "It can't happen to me" attitude so they are
  29. usually slow to exit their rooms.  In this case, however, is someone
  30. ran through the halls and stairwells and doused them with gasoline, I
  31. doubt that the fire alarms would have done any good.
