  24. One dark, rainy, foggy night I was traveling along I 84 when over the
  25. hill the sky lit up with a lot of flashes.  I estimated that I was
  26. about
  27. 1 1/2 to 2 miles away from the accident scene but the lights in the sky
  28. reflecting in the fog and rain sure warned me that a problem was ahead
  29. of me.

  31. I do like the lights but they do have draw backs,  most systems have a
  32. day night mode that is not used by most operators.  And also they will
  33. blind you if you look into the light.
