- Oh, contrare. . . I have a Hitachi b101 and it makes an
- excellent loaf of bread. I measure out the milk, water, flour,
- sugar, salt, butter, and yeast and 4 hours later a perfect loaf of
- bread. It didn't come the first time though. I found out that I
- was using way to much flour, now that I sift the flour before
- measuring I get a nice fluffy, light loaf.
