- I just spoke with a customer service representative from Levi Strauss and
- Co. concerning their defunding of the Boy Scouts of America. I was not
- certain I knew the reason so I asked their representative for an
- explanation. She said it was because,
-
- "The Boy Scouts discriminate against atheists and homosexuals."

- If you have an opinion on this matter (either side of the issue) you can

-
- to let them know how you feel.
-
- Additionally, in this era of consumer activism, may I suggest an
- appropriate buying pattern of their products.
-
- This applies whether you choose to purchase their jeans, etc. because you
- approve of their actions, or whether you cease purchasing their products
- because you don't.
