- But how do you go about returning something that Santa brought? I got
- away with exchanging the first one by telling him that the toy company
- elves forgot to put some parts in the box (the ToysRUs said I was the
- tenth return as of Sunday AM, about half for missing track pieces, in
- all cases it was the single loops). I can occasionally make the jump
- and subsequent turn, but I can only rarely complete the track once, and
- never twice. It is an unplayable toy for a youngster and should be
- removed from the shelves until redesigned. I also have major problems
- with the cars just sticking on straightaways. There is no excuse for
- the track or car getting mucked up so fast, if that is what the problem is.

- Getting back to the first comment. Andrew still believes in Santa. How do
- I tell him I'm taking it back to a store (as opposed to exchanging it)?
