- You can *always* return items to a Toys R Us. *Without* a receipt. You
- can say it was a gift, and you can get store credit. That's how it
- works around here -- so while you can't get cash back, you can go and
- buy something that works.

- I would return the track to Target (where you got it) and tell them
- it's defective - that the loop part doesn't work. Pack it back in the
- box as best as you can - and I'd also write a letter to the
- manufacturer complaining about the product and the misleading
- commercial.
