  15. You can *always* return items to a Toys R Us. *Without* a receipt. You
  16. can say it was a gift, and you can get store credit. That's how it
  17. works around here -- so while you can't get cash back, you can go and
  18. buy something that works.

  20. I would return the track to Target (where you got it) and tell them
  21. it's defective - that the loop part doesn't work. Pack it back in the
  22. box as best as you can - and I'd also write a letter to the
  23. manufacturer complaining about the product and the misleading
  24. commercial.
