- The yeast dispenser may be nice but it is by no means necessary to use a timer
- feature. We have a breadmaker made by Maxim (which has no yeast dispenser) and
- we use its timer feature all the time. You simply have to put all the wet
- ingredients in first followed by the dry ingredients. Leave a depression in the
- top ingredient (almost always flour) and pour the yeast into it. It works like a
- charm.
