- I would never do this with a creditor. There are better ways to vent
- your frustration, like talking to someone at their customer-service
- number.

- Then on the next month's statement, you'd get an overdue penalty because
- your account is deliquent. Granted, it's not your fault, but it's going
- to consume your uncompensated time to resolve the matter.
