  16. I would never do this with a creditor. There are better ways to vent
  17. your frustration, like talking to someone at their customer-service
  18. number.

  21. Then on the next month's statement, you'd get an overdue penalty because 
  22. your account is deliquent. Granted, it's not your fault, but it's going
  23. to consume your uncompensated time to resolve the matter.
