- With some (all?) rechargables, the drastic way that they poop out makes them
- unacceptable for some work. You're running your laptop, and all of a sudden the
- low bat light comes on and then a second later, you're dead and you've lost
- the last bit of work you were doing. Or you're using your Mag light to
- change your flat tire and all of a sudden - darkness... Disposables ramp down
- slower, giving you a chance to do the right thing. Some of the new disposables
- aren't nearly as toxic as the older ones... although what they are based on
- escapes me at the moment. I'll check it out and repost if no one else
- chimes in...
