  24. WiscNet has $$$$.  Our $$$$.  No single individual has the $50k to buy
  25. the routing toys to distribute an internet feed in Milw, nor do they have the
  26. $30k to buy one year of connect time with (name net.service of your choice)

  30. a month, (or whatever) doesn't qualify as accessable.
