Hello Dennis!
Well, its Christmas morning and I just got your message. It took about 2-1/2 days to get here. I polled my boss several times yesterday - so that may be about the speed we'll have to expect.

The disk drive (and maybe the warp-speed cartridge) was(were) the only thing(s) I knew about that didn't work consistently before. I expected that the old Blue Chip would need cleaning and alignment.

I'm sorry about the monitor, it did work fine the last time I tried it, and I don't recall any cracks - so maybe the padding I supplied was not adequate for the shipping shocks. Try some different combinations on the wires and tweak the knobs a bit - that's all I can suggest. The modem should work fine. I think I included a copy of CCGMS that had all the settings right; I'm not sure, though; that program may have been only in "warp speed" form. Did I send all the documentation? If not, then let me know
and I'll try to locate it.
I hope you and Juan are having a very merry Commodore Christmas.
