  12.    Those are internet addresses, the only thing in his header that you 
  13. need to worry about is the From: field, that is his address.

  15. The rest of the 'garbage' is added by mail handling programs, akin to 
  16. the postal canceling stamp on your mail. I.E. Gives info on how the 
  17. message got to you, but is not needed to reply.
