- I believe my problem is that the termcap entries do not include any
- specification of region scrolling. Somehow I need to fix that (but
- this is going to be difficult because I am a mere user, not the sysadmin,
- on this machine, and UNIX seems to be designed to be customized only by
- sysadmins). I've scrounged /etc/termcap for any suitable alternates, but
- none are to be found. Eventually I hope to hack together a way to create
- my own termcaps and somehow get those to be used in lieu of /etc/termcap.
-
- IN THE MEAN TIME, is there any work around in GNU EMACS to force it to do
- region scrolling ANYWAY, despite the termcap being in error? This is the
- substantial problem I have right now.
