  15. as i understand it, i can dump an emacs so that i don't have to load
  16. my .emacs each time.  but if i do that and change my .emacs or a file
  17. that it loads, then it needs dumping again.  is there an easy way to
  18. have a dumped emacs load only files that have changed since the last
  19. dump?  just curious.
