- as i understand it, i can dump an emacs so that i don't have to load
- my .emacs each time. but if i do that and change my .emacs or a file
- that it loads, then it needs dumping again. is there an easy way to
- have a dumped emacs load only files that have changed since the last
- dump? just curious.
