  12. You probably use demacs under MS-DO*. 
  13. Forget it!
  14. ctrl-spc is the same as ctrl-@, which is the null-byte used for the
  15. escape sequences of the non-alphanumeric keys. 
  16. So make your decision: 
  17.  NO function or cursor key BUT one ctrl-spc 
  18. vs. almost ALL function and cursor keys BUT ctrl-spc only as a prefix
  19.  
  20. You can, however, use ctrl-spc ctrl-spc (twice).

  22. If you use some other emacs, I can't give you any advice
