  20. Blatent BSDism here.  SysV(pre-r4) doesn't have printcap or lpr and
  21. has no convention for a PRINTER variable.  Besides, even if lpr
  22. and printcap exist on a machine it doesn't automatically mean that
  23. it's the spooler I want to use.
