  21. Well, I had somebody else call the CSC, and w/o going into too many details,
  22. it appears that the problem ONLY AFFECTS > 4.2a machines, because of some 
  23. mumbo-jumbo in the tcp code in the kernel that apparently has some problem.

  25. Also, the patch has NOT been released from Ultrix engineering...

  27. However, all that said, don't believe me, make sure you call the CSC and get
  28. the straight scoop from them.
