- Well, I had somebody else call the CSC, and w/o going into too many details,
- it appears that the problem ONLY AFFECTS > 4.2a machines, because of some
- mumbo-jumbo in the tcp code in the kernel that apparently has some problem.

- Also, the patch has NOT been released from Ultrix engineering...

- However, all that said, don't believe me, make sure you call the CSC and get
