- There is a bug in DECnet/OSI version 5.1 when used with Ultrix 4.3. The
- problem exists with the 'net_common.o' file in your BINARY directory. It
- effects the multicasting logic so that dns clerks will not be able to
- locate their servers.

- You need a copy of the corrected 'net_common.o' file from DEC. Replace this
- file and recompile the kernel. This seems to solve the problem.
