  14. We are trying to use a LAT/TELNET gateway running on an Ultrix machine.
  15. We want to from a PC running PATHWORKS/LAT through the gateway to a
  16. UNIX box from HP on which a database system is running.

  19.       PC----- LAT -----> Ultrix (Gateway) ---- TCP/IP ----> HP

  21. It works fine - BUT we have problems with the character set transmitted.
  22. It looks like the LAT/TELNET g{ateway is running 7 bit - for me at least.

  24. Does anyone outthere have the same problem - or much better a solution ?.
