  12. The "Configuration File Maintenance" manual specifies far from all the
  13. options and pseudo-devices. Maybe DEC doesn't think that we are supposed
  14. to know about them. Does anyone have a complete list or at least an 
  15. explanation of the ones I've found which aren't in the manual:
