  19. Are you using diskless workstations??  From what you're saying, it just
  20. sounds like you have an incompetent administrator who hasn't noticed
  21. the arrival of hard disks and local command interpreters.  Don't blame
  22. DOS for that (it's got enough things to be blamed for).
