- Here is my question:

- 1) Why is it that whenever I time any programs using /usr/bin/time,
- I get 0.0 seconds for system time. As I understand the man pages,
- the system time is the time CPU time, or the time in the system.
- Is this broken, or am I missing some crucial point?
