  12. Writing some mathematical equations is really a pleasure with LATEX.
  13. However, I am missing the symbols for the real and complex number
  14. fields, something like "IR" and "C" with an additional stroke.

  16. Some persons are using such symbols, like the authors of
  17. "Matrix Computations", Golub and van Loan, who have written
  18. their 2nd edition (682 pages) using LATEX.
  19.  
  20. Any suggestions are welcome; I am not an expert with TEX and for me
  21. it is only a means to write mathematical articles without too much
  22. troubles .....
