  13. If you have used LaTeX for a book (or, really, anything with a
  14. table of contents, an acknowledgements page, and a list of
  15. references), I would like to seee the .tex file, or the relevant
  16. parts of it (like the header and the end).  I'm a beginner, and I
  17. think a model would help.  (I've almost succeeded by using the
  18. manual alone, but a few things are still unclear.)  You could
  19. send the file in a mail message or let me know how else I could
