  28. I thought it would be enough to set autoconnect on in the template
  29. and apply the template, or to open a new file using the template and
  30. cut-and-paste everything in.  It turns out that autoconnect was
  31. still off.  Turning it on for each chapter and re-generating did
  32. indeed fix the problem.
