  12. I recently posted to this Newsgroup that there's a severe bug in FM 3.0 on NeXT  
  13. which appeared after the installation of NeXTSTEP 3.0. FM hanged up if you  
  14. worked with Miniwindows as document icons.
  15. The problem was that nobody of the official distributors here in Germany  
  16. (namely MAGIRUS at Munique) neither knew anything about this bug nor about an  
  17. update from 3.0 to 3.0.1 which is available in the USA. That's typical for  
  18. software distributors!
  19. The solution to all problems is the Demo-CD of NeXT which contains third-party  
  20. demo software (Q2 1992) and among other packages a demo version of FM 3.0.1.  
  21. This version can be copied to your hard disk and licensed by using your old  
  22. license code. That's it!
  23. The CD is available at every NeXT dealer and at every NeXT users group.

  25. P.S. Don't forget to make a copy of your language dictionaries as the CD  
  26. version only contains the US and UK version.
