- We have a SUN 3/50 computer, with 4Mb ram and a shoebox with a
- broken 190Mb Maxtor harddrive (MFM drive). When I took the shoebox
- apart, I saw the controller for the MFM drive was simply connected
- to an SCSI cable.. Is it possible to take the broekn drive and the
- comtroller out, and replace them by one SCSI harddrive? If so, would
- a Seagate ST4766N (SCSI drive, 667 Mb) do if I plug it straight into
- tha cable where the controller for the harddrive used to be? If not,
- is there any place where I can fnd large MFM drives?
