- I've seen at least 2 Mac software emulators on Sun machines. Both as I
- recall were limited to about a Mac Plus in performance and capability
- (no colour), and couldn't run System 7.
-
- In July, Quorum Software had a settlement of a lawsuit against Apple
- which apparently cleared the way for them to go ahead with software
- emulation of a Mac (though my understanding is that they do not
- implement the Mac look and feel). When I first heard of Quorum, SGI
- was on the list of planned platforms, but I've heard nothing more
- specific since.
