- The support of SGI can be very good at times. The best support comes
- from the net and all the fine people working at SGI (I think without
- it, I *would* get frustrated, but it is a good thing that SGI
- employers are allowed to take the time to answer the questions on the
- net. If the questions asked are specific enough, the answers are
- to the point, correct, and up to date.

- Reading the news and making notes of the messages has been proven very
- helpful to me.

- I must admit that in the beginning I was extremely frustrated by the support
- here in the Netherlands (lets call it bad communication), but they changed
- amazingly fast.

- The good thing of support in the netherlands and on the net is, that they
- do not forget about the little fish (me) who cannot afford to own an
- Indigo, but still do.
- Not everybody works for a big company that can affort to spent a lot of
- money on computers and support.
