- Gee, I've had nothing but splendid service from both the Calgary and
- Toronto SGI offices. Perhaps your problem is local to the Winnipeg
- office?, or they're suffering a backlog what with it being the Christmas
- season and all... Perhaps you should ask for a FAXed invoice. This is
- what I do and the best turnaround I've had has been within the hour and
- the worst was the next day! {-8
