  17. We are currently thinking about using rdist for the propagation of site
  18. specific files (passwd, hosts, printcap,...) on our network of SGI's.  The
  19. site administrator (for the SUN's ...) here showed me some documentation
  20. about a new public release called rdist 6.0 which has some new features,
  21. better performances, bug fixes, so on and so forth.  The old version they
  22. are talking about is related to 4.3BSD.  So here it is: Is this old version
  23. the one implemented in IRIX (4.0.5)? Also if not; Is there a compiled rdist
  24. 6.0 for SGI lurking on some ftp site somewhere on netland?
