  33. I agree.  We're stuck with cc:Mail here, and I absolutely hate it.  I cannot
  34. believe we spent thousands of dollars on the stuff, only to spend thousands
  35. more in time spent fixing the stuff, and to be lied to by tech support.  It 
  36. is the worst software product I have ever dealt with.
