- Don't put the config files on the workstations; put them on the server
- owned by SUPERVISOR. That way, they can't be modified....

- Saves the problem of loading another NLM, doesn't impact server
- performance, and gives you the control you need. After all, there's
- no need for CONFIG.TEL to know the serial number of the card.
