- It's perfectly normal. That statistic is counting the number of times
- a send was in progress when an additional send was attempted. The
- second send needs to be queued up, but as soon as the first send
- completes, the second send is removed from the queue and transmitted.
- A number like yours, one percent of all the packets sent, is typical.
