- I want to edit files OCR'd to a Mac on my Next,
- and then transfer them back to the Mac because
- there's an analysis app unavailable for Next.
-
- These files happen to be in Italian (many accented
- characters). Saving on Next to RTF, text, WP 4.2, etc.
- will not retain these characters when I carry the
- disk over to the Mac (they are not and cannot be
- connected on a network here).
-
- Someone suggested unix command tr, and gave me the
- syntax, but tr seems to do absolutely nothing when I
- invoke it. I have to control C. And I talking
- about 4k test files.
-
- WHAT can I do? Don't want to use Executor.
-
- Thanks
