  20. The only book that covers some of the the latest NeXTSTEP version, 3.0, is
  21. NeXTSTEP Programming, Step One:... by Garfinkle and Mahoney (ISBN
  22. 0-387-97884-4).

  24. However, I was told that it is just being published so may not be available in
  25. bookstores yet.  My 8 December order placed with the publisher,
  26. Springer-Verlag, has resulted in an invoice that states that it's "Not yet
  27. published" with the estimated publication date being 02/93!!  Has anyone
  28. received this book yet?
