- You can buy a stereo phono->1/8" jack cable and plug it into your
- sound box/monitor microphone input. Then, use some sort of sound
- app to play the current input. (I'm not sure what's the best to do this
- without recording the sound too)
- Of course, you can buy amplified speakers, too. They're very
- available, now that sound cards are commonplace for PC's and
- everyone needs magnetic shielded speakers for the sides of their
- monitors.

- The sound data can't travel over the SCSI interface to your computer.
- Very few CD-ROM drives have this capability (the SGI unit is the only
- one I know of). (Well, actually, it's in the drive BIOS,
- but Dave Olsen (sp?) will come in and correct me if I'm wrong :-)
