- Process Manager makes synthetic fonts purgeable every time it does a
- context switch. (Synthetic fonts are created by the Font Manager to render
- fonts to a bit depth that doesn't match the bit depth of the font.) After
- this, if the synthetic font for Geneva 9 gets purged, that frees up memory,
- so the Finder updates the total memory used. But by redrawing that number,
- that forces the Font Manager to rebuild the synthetic font for Geneva 9,
- which takes up more memory, so the Finder updates again, then the Process
- Manager goes and makes it purgeable, ad infinitum...
