  12. Another moral to the mail-order story:  Use a credit card whenever
  13. possible in placing your order.  If there's a problem, call the
  14. credit card issuer and they will usually credit your account and
  15. go after the vendor *themselves*... now who would *you* rather
  16. have on your ass, Joel Siegel or Chase Manhattan??  :-)
