  28. The program is called mcvert; it's archived at
  29. sumex-aim.stanford.edu under /info-mac/unix/mcvert-188.shar.  I
  30. *think* it will encode as well as decode, but I haven't used that.
  31. Check the man page.  (You have to use unshar to get it out of the
  32. .shar format, and may need to use make to get an executable.)
