  17. technical assistance and other services. Give them a call when you have a 
  18. problem or need some information - they have a huge database they can access 
  19. and engineering resources that can be tapped to answer almost any question.

  21. Note that users outside North America should contact their local subsidiary 
  22. for support - these offices have access to the same resources.
