  12. I have a Western Digital Caviar 2200 HD...but it didn't come with documentation

  14. I could really appreciate someone telling me what to put in the CMOS for it.
  15. The drive says it is 989 cylinders, 35 sectors per track, 12 heads, but that 
  16.   doesn't equal 212MB formatted.

  18. I don't know what to put in the CMOS for write precompensation, and I don't
  19.   know what to put into the CMOS for the landing zone.

  21. Also, I'm wanting to configure this as the master drive on my system.
  22. There are 3 sets of pins that can be jumpered. They are MA, SL, and CP.
  23. I don't know which to put jumpers on. I have assumed MA is used to indicate
  24.   that the drive is the master drive, and SL is used to indicate that there is
  25.   a slave drive present.  I have no idea what CP is.
