  47. I don't think there is any compression on MDs or DCCs. I read that they use
  48. stuff like sound masking to throw away 75% of the data. A 3.5" flopical only
  49. holds 21mb. I guess a 2.5" would hold much less.

  51. BTW, would it take 74 minutes to read off 650mb of data from a cdrom at
  52. standard cdrom speeds? And do CDroms have the same data correction as normal
  53. cds? Thanks!
