- You are correct. My system has the IDE built in on the motherboard, an ATI
- card in one slot, and the other is left open. Btw, I don't think a VESA
- CD-ROM controller makes any sense unless someone really soups up their
- CD ROM drives. Currently they are so slow as not to matter much.
