  11. I have developed modifications to Conor Cahill's marvelous malloc debugging
  12. replacement which allows it to run in a VMS VAXCRTL replacement.  I would like
  13. to submit these mods to Conor for inclusion with the package he submits to
  14. comp.sources.

  16. Part of these mods were creating a transfer vector source to allow building
  17. the RTL itself.  In the fiche (I'll be truthful, I typed it in from there but
  18. we have it legally so this was ok, at least for us), this module is
  19. copyrighted by DEC.
  20.  
  21. My question is: can I legally include the transfer vector, assuming I include
  22. the DEC copyright notice.  I'm willing to entertain any reasonable requirements
  23. DEC may find it necessary to impose.  Also, if I am violating DEC licensing
  24. policy or copyrights now, please let me know - my reading of the appropriate
  25. licenses/copyrights leads me to believe I am not.
