  11. Many thanks to those who offered help with creating .sfx files. (Not .sda)
  12. I'm a little further ahead, but still not having much luck... C Smeets must
  13. get first prize for writing the most contrived, user-hostile program I've ever
  14. seen!

  16. After running the 'shell' program, I enter the command;
  17. lha -s a:test.sfx a:title a:<any_program_name>
  18.  
  19. The program resonds:
  20. LHARChive creator for CS-DOS v1.10 - (C)opyright 1990 C. Smeets
  21. REU in use

  23. And that's all!  No .sfx file created, and I can repeat this over and over...

  25. I have the following files on the disk; shell,autoexec,if,getram,setram,
  26. ramdisk,lha,title and a prg file.
  27. Hardware is a flat 128, a 1581 (also tried 1571 - no difference) and a 1750.
  28. (I did have RAMLInk in, but also no difference with it unplugged).

  30. I'm now into my third week of trying to get this CS-DOS LHARC thing to work
  31. and do have a serious and priority use for it.

  33. Does anyone know what could be wrong?? I'm assuming my copies are not bugged
  34. or corrupted - I received them via ftp.
