  12. Get a VIC; They use static RAMs, and don't need the 60Hz refresh.

  14. The nominal voltage in is 10VDC, but 12 should work fine- Cigarette-
  15. lighter plug?  TV's for 12VDC, at least B&W ones, are all over the
  16. place.

  18. Fully expanded, the VIC has more memory than the C64, and processes
  19. about 25% faster; The battery-capability is just the icing on the cake.
