- I run AT&T 386 SVr3.1 at home, and it works on 386SX/16 and 386DX/33
- machines, and supports MFM, ESDI, and SCSI drives. It does not support
- IDE. It has no networking except RFS, and no X windows, but I miss
- neither. No man pages either.
-
- It is a solid platform. I have Dell SVr4 at work, but like this just as
- well. You should get my shlm for multi-screens, and my pol to add
- select() to the system, both posted to comp.sources.misc. You should
- also get the patch diskette from AT&T/NCR to fix the u-block security
- bug.
