- Heh, silly me! I took your advice and checked out the connector. Since
- the external modem is a recently addition, the modem port connector
- was never used, and had been collecting dust since. I cleaned out the
- holes for the pins, and reconnected the cable. Now the TR light
- shines like new! Thanks.

- But it still doesn't explain why the GS diagnostic gave me an error...
- Until I realized that I am running at 8 Mhz, and for something that's
- timing critical... I disabled the Zip and ran the test again, and I
- am happy to report that both the mother and baby are fine...Oops, I mean
- everything is cool.
